....Over the four weeks you will receive videos of yoga classes, guided meditations and affirmations, as well as recorded discussions on different aspects of yoga and mindfulness to deepen your knowledge. You will be given a holistic healthy eating plan with lots of tasty meals to help you on your way to a healthier and fitter life and you will also write a journal.

The classes are sent to you weekly. The duration of all the videos are around 2 hours per week and  and you can go at your own speed. You have the options to practice daily or what fits best with you.

I teach Yoga and Meditation and am a Reiki Master & Sound Bath Healer as well as a Mindset Coach.

  • I work strongly with mindfulness and believe that you are your thoughts. If you think negatively, are unworthy, not good enough etc.. then your life will start to reflect that.

    I haven’t always been a yoga teacher, in fact for many years I owned a successful business with my twin sister in Mayfair. I had a great life and was quite a party girl and enjoyed myself to the hilt. But I often had a nagging feeling that something was missing for me. I used to go to yoga classes and also went to India frequently so used to join classes there. Then in 2012 I went through a difficult time and was at a low ebb, so I went on a mini detox retreat and even though I had dipped my toe into yoga previously, this time something just clicked. I came home a changed person, but the really weird thing is, I felt comfortable with this person, unlike the old 'me'. And what had happened on that magical retreat was, through the yoga and meditation and spending time with myself, I had reconnected to my inner self. It was very clear to me that this was my way forward. I am committed to sharing with you how you can feel strong and complete from the inside out. By allowing yourself the time to go inwards, you can bring together your mind, body and soul and can detach yourself from the dramas that so often go on outside, but inside you can find peace and refuge. My intention is to give you the practices and tools that will empower you to fully align. Meditation


Each week you will receive a guided meditation. By working with the same one daily, you will be able to drop in deeper and it will really start to resonate with you.
  

Meditation helps to reduce stress and anxiety and help promote calmness in the mind and body and bring a sense of wellbeing throughout. guided meditation.

Affirmation

 

Each week I have recorded a different affirmation so you can say daily and allow its meaning to really penetrate into your whole being.

 

Affirmation is a phrase with a strong meaning, to chant to yourself throughout the day. When affirmations are said repeatedly, they send strong messages to the mind and body. They set you up to be more positive.

 

Yoga Practice

 

Each week you will receive recorded class that I have filmed for you. Each class has a different theme and sequence. 

My classes are a mixture of Vinyasa Flow and Yin. 

Vinyasa Flow is a flowing, energetic and playful practice with a strong emphasis on the breath. 

I work with bringing the mind, body and breath into one, so you fully align and are able to drop inwards and be totally present in the now. 

Yin is slow and seated, the postures are held for longer. It is extremely mindful. As you sit in stillness in the posture, you will start to feel more spacious deep within. Duration 1 hour. 

 

 

Holistic Healthy Eating Plan

 

During the four week course, I recommend that you follow as holistic and healthy approach to your diet as possible so you get the full benefit of the course for your mind and your body. 

Holistic eating means quite simply eating food that is as close to its natural state as possible. Hallmarks of holistic nutrition include unrefined, unprocessed, organic. 

This is not about losing weight, although you most probably will, but it is about cleansing your system. You will feel amazing and will glow from inside out. 

I will give you various meal options and then you can chose what works best for you.


Discussions on different aspects of Yoga

 

I have recorded some short discussions on yoga to give you a deeper understanding and will take your knowledge further.

 

Journaling

 

We will write a journal each day. This helps you to really establish what areas of your life you need to work on. Each week will be a different topic. It helps you to identify any negative thoughts that are holding you back and by looking at these thoughts, we can turn them into positive thoughts. 

  

Evening Yoga Nidra

 

Yoga Nidra meditation or Yogic Sleep as it is also known. You will do before you go to sleep, lying down in your bed. It is so relaxing and peaceful and will take away any stress from the day and promote a healthy night's sleep.


A Private Coaching Session

 

I invite you to a private one to one mini coaching session for 30 mins via Zoom, so I support you during the course. This is so I can check in with you as to how you are doing and answer any questions you any questions you may have. It’s very normal when working from a more internal space that you may start to go through different emotions. I can help guide you with anything you may experience or just answer and questions you may have

FAQ

  • How long will I need to spend each week on the course? I work fulltime so I am worried I will not have time…

    Don’t worry, the course is designed to fit around a busy life. On average there is around 2 hours of videos per week. This is a mixture of yoga 1 hour, meditation 15 mins, affirmation 10 mins, Yoga Nidra 15 mins, talks around 20 mins. There will be the journaling daily, which will be personal to how long you spend. You can listen daily or just do as and when. Everyone is on a different journey here and you have to do what is right for you.

  • I am a complete beginner, what if I can’t do the yoga?

    The yoga is set to suit all levels. The instructions are very clear and adaptions are offered for different levels. Remember, you are only a beginner on your first class and after that you will quickly start to get the hang of the postures etc..

  • I am going on holiday for one of the weeks of the course…

    That’s ok, you can either do some whilst away and treat it as a mini retreat, or just pick up when you get home and continue from there. It is your course to do as fits with your life.

  • How long will I have access to the course?

    Forever. It is a lifelong course and you get to keep all the videos and course work.

  • How will the course be delivered?

    Every Monday early morning it will automatically sent to your inbox over the four weeks.
